Seven Layer Dip
Ingredients
1(16ounce )can of vegetarian refried beans
4cups of cheddar-monterey jack cheese blend
1(8ounce)can of sour cream
1cup guacamole
1cup salsa
3/4cup sliced black olives
1/2cup chopped tomatoes
1bunch green onions,chopped
1 small head iceberg lettuce,shredded
Method
Take a serving dish of about 9x13inch and about 2inches deep.
Mash the beans into a paste and spread it on the bottom of the dish.
Top it with a little cheese.
Spread guacamole on the top and pour the salsa over it.
Layer the sour cream on the top and top it with a layer of lettuce.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese and add tomatoes,olives and green onions.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
