Baba Ghanouj

Ingredients
1 large eggplant
1/4tsp cumin powder
3 garlic cloves(minced)
1tbsp olive oil
1/4cup lemon juice
1/4cup tahini
pinch of cayenne
salt to taste
chopped parsley to garnish

Method
Broil the eggplant until the skin becomes black and it is soft in the inside.
Let it cool and remove the skin.Place it in a bowl and mash it up or puree it.
Add the tahini,lemon juice,garlic,cumin powder and mix well.
Add salt and cayenne to it and garnish with chopped parsely.
