Beetroot Rawa Laddu

Ingredients
1/2cup beetroot(grated)
2tbsps ghee-fry for 5mins-beetroot
1 cup sooji-dry roast
1/4cup cashew and raisins -fry in ghee and keep aside.
1cup sugar
Method
Fry the grated beetroot in 1tbsp ghee for 5mins and keep aside.
Dry roast the sooji.
Fry cashews and raisins in the remaining ghee and keep aside.
Mix the sugar,beetroot,cashews and raisins together and make small balls.
Let them cool and serve.
