Black pepper rice

Cashew Nut - 2 Tbl.Spoons
Raw Pepper - 1-1.5 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 spoon
Ghee - 1-1.5 Tbl.Spoon
Curry Leaves - 1-2 tsp. Chopped
Rice - 1 small cup
Salt - To Taste

Method -

1. Dry fry Cashews, Pepper and Jeera.
2. Powder it dry in mixie
3. Heat ghee in a pan and tamper the curry leaves. Just before turning off add
the ground powder and mix.
4. Mix this well in cooked rice with salt and eat it hot!
