Brinjal and peas with mint

Ingredients:
Brinjal(indian) 6nos
Peas 1/3cup
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Turmeric 1/4tsp
Salt to taste
Mint(stems) 3nos
Cilantro 1/2bunch
Oil 3tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/2tsp
Green chillies 5nos

Method:
Cut each brinjal lengthwise into 6pieces.Cut the green chillies lengthwise.

Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds .

When they pop add the curry leaves,mint leaves,green chillies,ginger garlic paste.Fry it for a minute.

Add brinjal pieces and peas.add turmeric and salt.Mix it well.Cover it.

When the pieces become soft add cilantro and mix it well.

Serve it hot.
