Cashewnut Barfi

Ingredients
1/2kg khoya
125gms cashewnuts(roasted)
250g sugar
1tbsp ghee

Method
Grind the cashewnuts into a powder and keep aside.
Fry khoya in aheavy bottomed pan until goledn brown.
In another saucepan heat sugar and water to make a thick syrup.
Add khoya and ground cashewnuts to the syrup and mix well.Keep aside.
Grease a plate with ghee and spread the khoya mix on it evenly.
Leave it to set for sometime.
When set firmly,cut into desired shapes.
