Crispy Baby Corn
Ingredients
Baby corn 1can
Tapioca flour 1/2cup
Water 1/2cup
Baking powder 1tsp
All purpose flour 1/3cup
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Method
Mix water,all purpose flour,tapioca flour,and baking powder into a batter.
Heat oil for deep frying.
Dip the baby corn in the batter and deep fry them in oil.
When they are golden brown rmove them and put them on a paper towel.
Serve them hot and crispy.
