CHILLI TOFU

Ingredients
Tofu(firm) 1packet
Garlic(chopped) 2tbsps
Ginger(grated) 1/2tsp
Chilli sauce 1tbsp(can be added more or less according to spiciness)
Vinegar 1/2tsp
Soy sauce 1tbsp
Green onions(chopped) 3tbsps
Oil for frying

Method
Cut tofu into 2inch pieces and keep them aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add the ginger and garlic to it.
Add the soy sauce,chilli sauce and vinegar to it.
Add the tofu pieces.
Fry till the the sauce have almost evaporated.
Remove from heat and garnish with green onions.

P.S. If you prefer fried tofu then the tofu should be fried before adding to the sauces.
