Corn-Methi rice:

Ingredients:
Frozen corn kernels: 1 cup
Rice:2 cups(uncooked)
Methi : 1 bunch( cleaned and chopped)
cilantro: chopped
cloves: 3
cinnamon: 2(1inch sticks)
cardammom: 2
Onions: 1 large (chopped)
green chilles: long slit (4-6)
Cashew : optional
Preparation:
Take 2 cups of basmati rice soak for 10 mins.Set aside. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the spices add onions and green chillies to it.After the onions get slightly cooked add corn, fresh methi ,salt and fry it for like 5-8 mins .Finally add chopped cilantro and drained rice.Add sufficient water and boil it until cooked. This looks, tastes and smells great.You can add fried cashews as well.
