Gajar ka Halwa

Ingredients
8cups grated carrots
4tbsps ghee
6cups milk
2cups sugar
chopped almonds for garnish
saffron and cardamom for flavoring

Method
Fry grated carrots in ghee for 5minutes.
Add milk and cook till very soft.Reduce heat and add sugar and mix.
Cook until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens.
Add the saffron and cardammom to it.
Garnish with chopped almonds and serve hot or cold.
