Gobi Mussallam

Ingredients
Gobi 1nos
Onion(big) 1 nos
Tomato puree 1/4cup
Ginger(grated) 1tsp
Garlic(grated) 1tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
Turmeric 1/4tsp
Coriander powder 1/4tsp
Salt to taste
Cashew nuts 8nos
Oil 2 and 1/2tbsps

Method
Grind the cashews into a paste.
Cut the onion into pieces and fry them in 1/2tbsp oil until they are brown in color.Grind it into a paste.
Cut the stem and the leaves off the cauliflower.
Place the cauliflower as whole in salted boiling water.When the cauliflower is half cooked take it out.
Heat the remaining oil in a pan .Add the onion paste,ginger and garlic to it.Fry for 2mins.
Add coriander powder,garam masala powder,turmeric and mix well.
Add the tomato puree and fry until the oil leaves the masala.
Add the cashew paste, chilli powder and salt.mix well.
Fry for a minute.
It should be like a gravy .You can add water to get the required consistency.
Add the cauliflower to it.
Spread the masala all over the cauliflower and let it cook.

When the cauliflower is cooked (it should be firm and not fall apart)place it on a serving plate.
Pour all the gravy over the cauliflower and garnish it with chopped cilantro.
Serve it with roti or naan.
