Kadai Paneer

Ingredients
1/2 kg paneer
1/2 kg onion
3tbsps oil
1/2 kg tomatoes
2 capsicums(small)
1/2tsp turmeric
1tsp coriander powder
1/2tsp cumin powder
1tbsp garam masala
1 and 1/2tsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
1tsp chilli powder

Method
Chop tomatoes and onions and keep aside .Cut capsicums in large rings.
Heat oil in kadai and add onions. Fry the onions till they become deep brown.
Then add ginger garlic paste,cumin powder, coriander powder,chilli powder and the turmeric.
Fry for 2mins. Add tomatoes, capsicum and salt and cook until the oil leaves the masala(for about 5mins).
Add the paneer pieces and mix well.
Remove from heat and serve it hot.
