Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
Iceberg lettuce 1nos
Mushrooms(shitake) 1/2cup(chopped into small pieces)
Bamboo shoots 1/2cup(chopped)
Water chestnuts 1/2cup(chopped)
Garlic(minced) 1nos
Ginger(minced) 1/2tsp
Cellophane chinese rice noodles 1cup
Dry sherry 1tsp
Sugar 1/2tsp
Green onions(finely chopped) 1/2cup
Fried tofu(finely chopped) 1/2cup
Oil for frying

Method
Fry the noodles in oil until they puff and set them aside.
Heat oil in a wok and add ginger and garlic to it. Fry the mixture for 1 minute.
Stir in the water chestnuts,mushrooms,green onions,bamboo shoots and mix well.
Add the dry sherry,sugar and tofu.
Mix all the ingredients and fry for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Keep the lettuce leaves chilled until served.
Spoon the mixture into the lettuce leaves and roll it up.
Serve immediately with the fried noodles on the side.
