Macaroni Hot Pot

Ingredients
1 cup cooked & shelled macaroni
1 large can (450 g) baked beans
100 g (4 oz) grated cooking cheese
4 large tomatoes
2 capsicum
1/2 t. cup tomato ketchup
2 tbsp. butter
2 onions
1 tsp. chilly powder
salt to taste
METHOD:
Cut the onions and capsicum into rings. Put the tomatoes in boiling water for 3 - 4 minutes. Skin and chop them. Put the butter into a vessel and fry the onion rings. After 2 minutes, add the capsicum and cover it. Cook for 3 minutes. Take out a few rings of onions and capsicum for decoration. Add tomatoes & chilly powder and cook for at least 4 minutes.
Add the macaroni, beans, tomato ketchup and salt. Grease a baking dish and put the mixture in it. Cover with capsicum and onion rings and sprinkle the grated cheese on it. Bake in a hot oven at 400F for 20 minutes.
