Ingredients:
Moori/maramara/puffed rice 9-10cups
peanuts-1/2 cup
green chillies-4/5
ginger -1/2 inch
seasoning:
1tsp mustard seeds
1/2tsp jeera/cumin seeds
2 dry chillies
4 curry leaves
Preparation:
Soak puffed rice in water for 5 mins .Squeeze the water out and set it aside in a plate. Now dry roast the peanuts and grind it into powder.Add chopped chillies and ginger to the powder and grind it. Now heat oil in a skillet add seasoning ,turmeric ,salt and the squeezed puffed rice .Finally add the peanut powder to it and mix well.You can also add some lemon juice ( optional) . Tastes good either way.
Serve hot.
