Ingredients
Big fat chilli peppers 6nos
Sesame seeds 1/2 cup
Peanuts 2tbsp
Cloves 5nos
Elaichi 3nos
Ginger and garlic paste 1tsp
Salt to taste
Tamatind pulp(thick) 2tbs
Tomato 1nos
Onions chopped lengthwise 1cup
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Oil 4tbsps
Chilli powder 1tsp
Method
Dry roast sesame seeds,peanuts ,cloves,cinnamon and elaichi till the seame seeds r light brown .
Grind all of them into a paste along with tomato.Add water if needed.
Make a slit in the chillies.
.Heat oil in a non stick pan.Add onions and ginger garlic paste and fry till the onions are light brown.
Add the chillies and fry for 5mins
.Add the ground paste,turmeric ,chilli powder and salt.Mix well.
Add some water and tamarind pulp and cover it.
Keep mixing it every 2mins.
When the chillies are done remove it from heat.
