Paneer butter masala

Ingredients:
Paneer : 20 cubes
Butter : 2 tablespoons
Onions : 2 large
Green chillies: 3(increase or decrease according to your spiciness)
Ginger garlic paste: 2 teaspoons
Garam masala : 1 teaspoon
Dry spices:
cloves: 3
cinnamon: 2(1inch sticks)
Tomatoes: 6-8 large / tomato paste/ tomato puree
Heavy whipped cream: 2 tablespoons
oil: 2tbsps
Preparation:
Heat some butter in a skillet and fry some pieces of paneer and set aside.
Add oil to the same skillet and fry the spices ,sliced onions until golden brown and add green chillies,ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder , salt, diced tomatoes and set aside.After it cools,grind it to a fine paste. If using tomato paste/ puree we need not include it in grinding .We can just fry and grind the rest of the ingredients.
Now add the paste to the skillet and add tomoto puree/paste ( if not using tomatoes) cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook for a few mins(say 15mins).When the oil/butter floating on the top of the gravy,add some fried panner and some fresh panneer and mix well.Also, add 2 tablespoons of heavy whipped cream for the fresh creamy restuarant taste.
Finally garnish with chopped cilantro.
