Peanut Chutney
Ingredients:
Peanuts 1cup
Green chillies 3nos
Tamarind juice 1/4thcup
Garlic clove 2small or 1 big
Salt to taste
Seasoning:
Mustard seeds 1/4th tsp
Jeera 1/4th tsp
Red chilli 1nos
Asofoetida pinch
Curry leaves 4nos
Oil 3tbsps
Method:
Dry roast peanuts.
Grind peanuts(need not remove the skin),green chillies,salt,tamarind juice.Add water to get the required consistency
.Heat oil and add the seasoning ingredients.When the mustard seeds splater ,add the seasoning to the peanut mixture and mix well.
Serve with idli,dosa,or upma.
P.S. Number of chillies can be changed according to the spiciness.
