Peas Pulav (Green peas Pilaf)

Ingredients
Basmati rice(raw) 1cup
Peas 1/2cup
Jeera 1/2tbsp
Elaichi(cardamom) 2nos
Cinnamon 2inch sticks
Cloves 3nos
Bay leaf 1nos
Salt to taste
Oil 4tbsps
Water 1 and 1/2cups

Method
Wash the rice and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a large pan and add bay leaf,elaich,cloves,cinnamon sticks to it.
Add peas to it and fry for 2mins.
Add rice to it and fry for a minute.
Add water and salt to it and mix well.Cover it .
Keep mixing it in between.
When the rice is cooked remove from heat and serve it hot.
Easier way is after adding water and salt transfer everything into a rice cooker and cook it in it.
