Sphagetti with Feta and Cherry tomatoes
Ingredients
Sphagetti 4ounces
Cherry tomatoes 10(halved)
Feta cheese 3ounces
Fresh basil(chopped) 2tbsps
Garlic(chopped) 2cloves
Black olives 5nos(halved)
Olive oil(extra virgin) 2tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Freshly grated nutmeg
Method
Boil sphagetti in plenty of water(a little salt should be added to the water).
When the sphagetti is done drain it(keep 4tbsps of the sphagetti water aside).
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic,basil and cherry tomatoes to it. Fry for a minute.
Toss the sphagetti and add the sphagetti water, salt,nutmeg and mix well.
Stir in the feta cheese.
Serve with some more chopped basil on the top along with olives.
