Spinach rice

Ingredients
Rice 1cup uncooked*
Spinach 4 cups chopped
Onions 1 cup sliced
Jeera 1Tbsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1/4cup*

Method
Cook the rice and keep it to aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add jeera to it.

Then add onions and fry them till light brown.

Add the chopped spinach,turmeric and salt.Mix well and cover it on low heat.

Once the spinach is cooked and there is not much water,add chilli powder and mix well.

Do not dry up all the water from the spinach but leave the spinach little moist.

Add the boiled rice to this mixture and mix well.Serve hot.
