Tabbouleh
Ingredients
1cup bulgur wheat
1/3cup chopped green onions
3/4cup cucumber,seeded and chopped
3/4 chopped fresh mint
1cup chopped fresh parsely
6tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
8tbsps fresh lemon juice
5 firm tomatoes,peeled and chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Method
Cover the bulgur with water and soak for about 25mins.Then squeeze out the water from it.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and add the bulgar to it.
Mix all the ingredients together and season it with salt and pepper.
Cover and chill for a few hours and serve.
