Thai Fried Rice

Ingredients
Jasmine rice(raw) 2cups
Bean sprouts 1/2cup
Tomatoes( thinly sliced) 1/2cup
Broccoli(cut into small florets) 1/2cup
Basil leaves 1/4cup
Onions(thinly sliced) 1/2cup
Sweet soy sauce 2tbsps
Chilli sauce 1tbsp(optional)
Baby corn 8nos
Green onions(chopped) 1/2cup
Cucumber 1/2 nos
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil 3tbsps

Method
Cook the rice and keep it aside.(a day old rice would give best reults).If the cooked rice is refrigerated for atleast 2 hours, it would be good.
Heat oil in a wok and add the basil,green onions,onions and baby corn to it.Fry for a minute.
Add the bean sprouts and tomato to it and fry for a minute.
Add soy sauce and chilli sauce to it and mix well.
Add the rice to it and mix well.
Slice the cucumber into pieces and garnish the rice with the pieces.
