Thai Tofu

This is a recipe I got from a vegetarian cook book.It is very tasty.I am a big fan of this recipe.

I make this with a slight variation.

Ingredients
Tofu(extra firm) 1package
Soy sauce 1tbsps
Vegetable oil or Peanut oil 1tbsp

For the paste
Onion(small) 1nos
Green chillies 2nos
Garlic cloves 2nos
Ginger(grated) 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Fresh cilantro 3tbsps
Lemon juice 2tbsps
Coconut milk 3tbsps
Sugar 1/2tsp
Water 1/4cup

Method
Cut the tofu into cubes.
Marinate the tofu in soy sauce for 15mins.
Grind all the ingredients required for the paste .
Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu pieces until they are brown in color.
Remove them and put them on a paper towel.
Pour the paste in the pan and add the water to it.When it starts to bubble add tofu to it.
Mix everything and after a minute remove from heat and serve.
