Ulli kodla pulusu(made with green onions)

Ingredients:
Geern onions(ulli kodlu) 2 bunces
Tamarind juice 1/2 cup(thick)
Salt to taste
Green chillies 3nos
Turmeric 1/4tsp
Jagerry 1 inch(cube)(small)
Rice flour 2TBSPS
Seasoning
Mustard seeds 1/2tsp
Jeera 1/4tsp
Urad dal 1/2tsp
Red dry chillies 2nos
Asofeotida a pinch
Curry leaves 5nos
Oil 2Tbsps
Methi seeds 1/2 tsp

Method:
Heat the oil in a pan.Add all the seasoning ingredients to it.

When the mustard seeds start to splatter add the chopped green onions to it.Fry for a minute.

Add turmeric.Add the tamarind juice to it.

Add 2 cups of water and salt to it.

Add 1inch piece of jaggery to it.

Pressure cook all of it .

After one pressure put off the heat.

Open the lid and put it on medium heat.

Mix rice flour in small quantity of water and add the mixture .

Rice flour is used as a thickening agent(add it acc to the req consistency).

Serve it hot with rice.
