Calzone with Vegetables and Sun dried tomatoes

Ingredients
Frozen bread dough 1package(32ounces)
Onion (big) 1nos (chopped lengthwise)
Sundried tomatoes 2tbsps(chopped)
French beans 1/4cup(cut into 1-1/2inch pieces)
Carrots (chopped) 1/4cup
Corn kernels(canned) 3tbsps
Frozen or canned peas 3tbsps
Garlic clove(minced) 1/2tsp
Tomato puree 2tbsp
Oregano(chopped) 1tbsps
Mozzarella cheese 50gms(sliced)
Olive oil 1tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste

Method
Thaw the bread dough nicely.
Heat oil in a skillet and saute'the onions for 2-3 mins.
Stir in garlic,beans,corn,peas and tomatoes to it and cook for 4-5mins.
Add the tomato puree and oregano and season it with salt and pepper.Keep it aside.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
Divide the dough into 5 equal portions and roll each on to a floured surface to about a 8inch circle.
Spoon about 1/4cup of the filling on to one half of the circle and top it with the cheese.
Fold the other half over the filling sealing the edge with a fork.
Repeat the process with the other portions of the dough.
Place them on a greased baking tray and bake them for about 25-30mins until risen and golden.
