Veg Corn Soup

Ingredients
Corn cobs 6nos
Carrot(finely chopped) 1/2cup
Water 3cups
Milk 3cups
Soy sauce 1tsp
Chilli sauce(green) 1tsp
Vinegar 1tsp
Salt to taste
Cornstarch 1-1/2tbsps
Green onions ( finely chopped) 1/2cup

Method
Remove the corn krenels from the cobs.
Pressure cook them with milk and water until tender.
Keep aside about 1/4th of the kernels aside.
Grind the rest of them(do not make a paste).They should be coarse.
Add chopped carrot to it.
Cook the mixture in a pan on a low heat.(be careful it does not get burnt at the bottom).
Stir continuously.
Mix the cornstarch with little cold water and add it to the soup.
The soup thickens.
Add soy sauce,chilli sauce,vinegar to it.
Garnish with green onions and serve.
