Vietnamese Salad Rolls

Ingredients
Rice wrappers 10
Rice noodles 4ounces
Lettuce (chopped) 1cup
Carrot (grated) 1/2cup
Mint leaves 10nos
Basil 10nos
Cilantro(chopped) 3tbsps

Method
Boil the rice noodles and drain the water.
Take water in a flat deep plate.Dip the rice wrapper for a second in it so that it becomes soft.Take it out and lay it flat.
Leave a little place from the edges and place the lettuce ,mint,cilantro,carrot,noodles and basil in a row.
Fold the wrapper inward on the uncovered sides and then roll it inward tightly.
Cut it in half in slant .
Repeat the process with the other wrappers.
Serve them with dipping sauce.
