Vegetable stir fry
Ingredients
Snow peas 1/4cup
Carrots(thinly sliced) 1/4cup
Broccoli(florets) 1/2cup
Bok choy 1bunch
Zuchini 1nos
Green onion (chopped) 1/2cup
Garlic(minced) 1tbsps
Ginger(grated) 1tbsp
Soy sauce 3tbsps
Chilli sauce 1 and 1/2tbsp(optional)
Salt to taste
Water about 1/2 cup
Oil 2tbsps
Method
Cut bok choy into big pieces.Do not cut the snow peas.
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic,ginger and green onions.Fry for a minute.
Add the vegetables to it and stir.Add water and soy sauce to it.Mix well.
Stir fry on medium high heat for 2minutes.Vegetables should be crispy.
Remove from heat and add salt if needed.
Serve hot with rice .
